  • Ways of payment :

  • Credit card: Payment with credit card is made through a secure payment gateway. CB accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. All transactions carried out are secure, your data does not register on any database except that they travel encrypted directly to the Virtual POS of the banking entity where they will be validated. The bank will indicate if the transaction is correct and your order will be processed automatically.The system will ask you for the CB number, the deadline and the security numbers (on the back of your CB, there are three digits on the space where the signature goes).

  • CNC Electric Motors will not record any information on its database that has no access to it. We recommend this form of payment for its security and convenience.
  • Bank transfer : To complete your order, you will need to make a bank transfer to the following bank account: IBAN **********

Take into account that bank transfers take a few days to arrive, for this reason if you want to speed up the process you can send us an email at cncelectricmotors@gmail.com with the name of the person who appears on the order, the reference of the order and the proof of the bank transfer.

If after 4 days we have not received the bank transfer, the order will automatically cancel.

  • When will my order be sent ?

    Once we have received the confirmation of payment through one of the payment methods valid on our web page and carried out the corresponding security checks, we will proceed to the shipment according to the chosen method. 

    The various accepted methods are available in the Means of Payment section.

    If for any reason we cannot send you one of the items you have chosen and the payment has been received correctly, we will offer you a similar alternative or we will refund you the amount of the item not available.

  • Can I change the delivery data after placing the order ?

    There is the ability to change the delivery address before the package is shipped, once the package is sent, it cannot be changed. 

  • What happens if no one is at the delivery address ?

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you an alert so that you can arrange a new delivery schedule or so that you can collecteven the parcel at the nearest delivery office to your home.

  • Can I know the status of my order ?

    Once the order is ready to be sent and it leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email with a link to the courier service informing you of the delivery of the package as well or an SMS, depending on the carrier chosen. You can then track your shipment.

    You will also be able to access “My account” and the “Tracking my order” section.

  • When will I receive my order ?

    All our shipments are made through URGENT transport companies being the delivery time in France for light equipment 3-5 days and 5-7 days for heavy equipment, from the confirmation of payment. For international shipments, the delivery time will be moderately longer. Possible delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.

    At the time of placing the order, you will be able to select the delivery method where the specific delivery time is indicated.

    If the payment is made before 13:30h, we can process the order that same day.

  • Which countries are you shipping to ?

    We deliver to France, Italy and the United States. If you have any doubts about your destination, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How can I locate my order ?

    You can follow the delivery process at any time by clicking on the « Order tracking » button at the top right of the screen.

    If, within 10 working days or more after making the payment, you have not received your order, please contact us as there is surely an impact with the shipment (Give us your name, email, order reference and phone number) to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

    If you have any doubt about the status of the order, please contact Customer Service by filling in the Contact Form link or call us directly.

  • How can I find out about shipping costs ?

    Shipping costs will be added to the amount of the selected items. They are calculated based on the destination of the package and the physical weight or volume of the package. In many cases, shipping costs do not increase significantly if more than one product is added to the shopping cart.

  • How will my package be delivered ?

    Before finishing the order, you will be able to select from several choices.

The selected sending modality will not be able to change.

  • What happens if my order cannot be delivered ?

    It is possible that the parcel is returned to our warehouses; in this case, we will contact you to find out if you wish to receive it at another address or to proceed with its refund.

  • What are the reasons why my package can be returned ?

    The most common reasons are:

  • Address is incorrect
  • No one was able to receive the package within 1 week
  • Customer refused the package
  • Delivery address is different than billing address

It is possible to send a package to a different address than the billing address.

All contact information required during the purchase process must be completed based on the recipient’s contact information.

  • Is it possible to cancel an order when the order has already shipped ?

    Once the order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel it because our transport companies receive the goods every day at 17:00h (French time). If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the amount of the order with the delivery fee included.

    If you want to cancel the order, please contact us the same day.

  • Do you deliver to post office boxes, military zones and hotels ?

    We are sorry but we cannot make deliveries to this type of facilities because our transport accepts only physical addresses and with a telephone number to contact the recipient directly. A signature is also required when receiving the package.

  • What happens if my order contains an item that is not in stock ?

    At the time of placing the order, on the product sheet, we tell you if the item is available for immediate shipment or if it counts with an approximate availability date. Once all available products are in our warehouse, we will send the complete order.

  • Comments

    When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and the user agent of your browser are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

    An anonymized channel created from your email address (also known as hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The privacy clauses of the Gravatar service are available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After validation of your comment, your profile photo will be visible publicly next to your comment.

  • Media

    If you upload images to the site, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF data from GPS coordinates. People visiting your site can download and extract location data from these images.

    If you post a comment on our site, you will be offered to save your name, email address and site in cookies. This is only for your convenience so you don’t have to enter this information if you file another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.
